Oil paint and acrylic ink on masonite panel
25 × 27 inches
Your Life May Depend on It presents a surreal narrative moment suspended between urgency and uncertainty. Two elongated figures move through a fragmented environment of geometric forms and atmospheric mark-making, suggesting psychological space rather than physical location.
Layers of oil and acrylic ink create both structure and fluidity, while symbolic gestures and subtle visual tension hint at themes of transition, timing, and perception.
“They arrived to the door at dawn…
I swear my key worked last night!
They must have changed the locks… was I that late on rent?
Haggard we are my friend, clean the key… It will open.”
