10 Feet Tall

Oil paint on wood panel

69 × 48 inches

10 Feet Tall explores the shifting relationship between childhood and adulthood through a surreal interpretation of Alice in Wonderland. Playing with scale and perspective, the work reflects how we often look upward for guidance, only to realize those figures are simply larger versions of ourselves.

When trying to understand where we are going and why, we may feel like children with demanding responsibilities. Yet the beauty of life remains undetermined.

Expand. Create. Live.

Charlie’s Kingdom

Oil paint on wood

30.5 × 39.5 inches

After landing from a flight of blizzard and fire, Charlie shook off the snow and ashes—only to find herself surrounded by creatures of familiarity and strange wonder. Beneath a disco-ball moon, fear softened into curiosity as this surreal kingdom revealed itself.

Gifted this brief world for the journey she had passed through, Charlie stood ready for whatever voyage the owl of omens would guide her toward next.

Eloquence

4’x5’

Speak out.

Tighten your grip.

Slide your sword to its tip.

Take your stride with fierceness and pride.

You are powerful.

You are wise.

Inspired by the story of Judith beheading Holofernes, this commissioned work took seven months to complete and became a catalyst for my Bloom Series. The piece honors the strength of the narrative famously painted by Artemisia Gentileschi in 1612.

Drift

Oil paint on wood

24 × 48 inches

A solitary figure floats between thought and dream, suspended among branching forms and drifting clouds where moments of clarity appear and dissolve.

Heavy Mind

Oil on wood

 24 × 24 inches

reflects the emotional and imaginative weight carried by those who live deeply in their inner worlds. Figures drift between framed spaces like fragments of memory or identity, while the central character moves forward carrying a suitcase of collected dreams. Bright, saturated color contrasts with themes of endurance and introspection, suggesting the resilience required to carry vision through time.
