Circadian Rhythm is about finding ease within the natural rhythms that surround us. The cicada, water, air, and the octagonal form move together as symbols of cycles, fluidity, and flow.
This past summer, I found myself consciously searching for that rhythm—taking real moments to stop, look around, and pay attention to the patterns already happening around me. Rather than pushing against them, I wanted to find a way to move within them.
The piece is about that feeling of floating—of allowing yourself to move with the current instead of constantly fighting it. It is about motion without force, the rhythm between rest and movement, and finding moments of ease within change.
